(If you know my husband, then you know this Starbucks photo was a must!)
We kept things to ourselves longer than necessary because we wanted our families to be the first to know. We made a special trip on Mother's Day weekend to meet our new niece and share the news.
We are currently 18 weeks into this journey and so far things have been very smooth. I've actually not had any morning sickness, but my biggest symptom has definitely been fatigue. As far as cravings go, Justin has had a long list (haha!) but I've mainly just wanted milk.
I haven't taken a ton of pictures so far, but I do have a few. I really had imagined documenting things much better and more often .. I had wanted a chalkboard but then I couldn't find one and then I was just really tired. Plus there wasn't much visible change happening anyway.
Back when I couldn't hold my eyes open past 8 and had just figured out why!
So here we are at Week 18 .. and it is flying by!
Week 18: The first visible signs of a bump have finally appeared .. I promise it is there!
Symptoms: I am starving ... all of the time!
Clothing: Dresses have become my best friend because pants have become increasingly uncomfortable. I really need to go shopping, but I'm not sure where to begin. I'm not sure petite maternity is a thing?
Baby: Is the size of a sweet potato, currently learning to yawn, and develops finger prints this week!
Looking forward to: We have our next ultrasound next week and we are having a gender reveal party! PLUS THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL! :)
That's all for today .. who can't wait for the gender reveal?! And who knows anything about maternity clothing?
