When is it acceptable to decorate for Fall? I was missing summer not long ago, but I think I am ready for cozy sweaters and boots now! I was thinking towards the end of September, and I can't wait because I have some fun Fall DIY projects to share with you!

Happy Wednesday! We're halfway there! (Thank goodness!)

I'm not going to lie, I'm having a hard time getting back into the swing of things after being off for 2 months. We've been in school for 3 days now and my to do list seems to be growing not shrinking. I started my workdays with a positive outlook, (almost) ready and excited about going back, but by Friday I was exhausted and wayyyy overwhelmed and stressed.

 And then came Monday, all too quickly, and I had to go to a training and leave my assistant in charge of the first day of school! What terrible timing.

 So here we are on Wednesday and today was a much better day overall. But I have been in need of encouragement this week so that's mostly what I will be sharing for today's edition of Oh, How Pinteresting at The Vintage Apple.

ohp .... Pallets+Back to School

Hey ya'll!

It's Wednesday and I'm linking up over at The Vintage Apple!




School starts in less than a month! EEK! So sad that summer is almost over, but I must start to get ready for a new school year. I've been planning out my units and pinning some ideas for a fabulous year in Pre K!

On Saturday I put together a pallet and stained it for some DIY artwork for our guestroom. I must confess, I love pallet projects, but especially pallet signs. I just can't decide what I want this one to say! So of course I had to pin some ideas. Here are some of my favorites:

This week is fairly busy! We are refinishing our kitchen cabinets, so the kitchen is pretty torn apart. We are also volunteering at VBS this week and a couple of other things at church! But next week ... we will be on vacation in Charleston! I'm excited!

Happy Wednesday! You're halfway through the week! Although since I'm not working this summer everyday is like the weekend! We even took a spontaneous trip to Lake Lanier on Monday because it was free admission! :)

And Happy 25th Birthday to my hubby! A whole quarter of a century old! :) So glad to have spent this birthday with you and so many more in the years to come! I made Justin this Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie, Oreo, Brownie Desert from Kevin and Amanda. Heaven in a desert! So good!
