Just wanted to share with you one of my favorite and EASY deserts today! I made this tonight for a meal at work tomorrow.
This cheesecake is perfectly "fluffy" and is oh so light. This recipe came from my sister-in-law and is super easy.
Fluffy Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust (or make your own)
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix together.
- Add cool whip and beat until mix until smooth and thick.
- Place in refrigerator and let cool until firm.
