perfectly fluffy cheesecake

Hi friends,

Just wanted to share with you one of my favorite and EASY deserts today! I made this tonight for a meal at work tomorrow.



This cheesecake is perfectly "fluffy" and is oh so light. This recipe came from my sister-in-law and is super easy.

Fluffy Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1 graham cracker crust (or make your own)
Directions:
  1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix together.
  3. Add cool whip and beat until mix until smooth and thick.
  4. Place in refrigerator and let cool until firm. 
 Enjoy with your favorite fruit on top! I choose strawberries! Yum!
